Title: Permissions Fix

Due to a fuck up ... by me, I never noticed now that there was a nice big mess up with a lot of permissions for the TiG Members Group. I have fixed the problem and fixed all the permission should be fixed. A lot of you may notice new side panels and extra options on your account.

I would like to apoligise to those of you who were stuck without these options for the past while. The site seemed shite without them. Also, heads up to Karma who put me onto it.
