I've been playing the demo since it came out now and I reckon that I'm learning what to do and what not to do so I usually end up nicely ranked (at least on the public demo servers).

Coming from W:ET, I'm mostly an engineer type guy, droping those mines and repairing those tanks but I've recently discovered Special Ops as I have the same "blowing up tanks" power as before but I can now shoot people that are further than 10cms from me :)

As soon as the game comes through the letterbox, what would be the best role to play in order to get picked for the TiG squad? Are there any specific roles empty that people aren't playing?

well i always play medic or support mostly medic but i think i'll change from game to game to get some badges and more experience with the other roles

Actually what I meant was what is the least used role between all the TiG players?

for me its engineer because of the shotguns gayness at long range
i only play engineer when the artillery needs repair
