My computer rebooted itself recently and had a few BSODs with "IRQL Less than or Equal", and most often "page fault from non page area". It also wont boot up and restarts itself in the boot sequence even when going to safe mode. Ive read a bunch of threads on the subject and get inputs ranging from bad memory to video drivers to PSU.
Anyone run into this, and how did they solve it?
Ive replaced my PSU with a new 400W - I think i was running a 350W labeled 400W previously based on the voltage / current capacities), and unplugged a bunch of peripherals (besides drive C and the video card) and the system has been stable for 10 minutes now. So I hope that power was the issue. Ive also run memtest86 and my memory is fine. Im updating video drivers as we speak.....
Thanks in advance

Sounds like it was the PSU alright, had the same problem last month myself with restarts here there and everywhere.
Hope it stays stable for ya

Yeah, got all my peripherals plugged back in and its been running nice for a few hours now.
Actually, its a landmark for me, I did not reconnect my 1.44 drive, and from this point forward I will never buy another computer with one.
I now, Im behind times but oh well.

Totally agreed. You need the floppy drive, tho.
