Looks like missing textures or something, have you tried reinstalling HL2?

no murray my 512 mb card didnt come yet , according to the shop all the kids are playing games and thats the reason i cant get one , we told em if its not there by friday we want a refund , dunno if it was a smart move or not anyway , reinstalling hl2 now ill edit this or repost with results
