Title: DoW Deep Strike

How do you use it?  Im doing a campaign at the mo where I have to get my troops over a ravine to an outpost.  Apparently im supposed to use the deep strike ability but for some reason I cant click it when i select my chapel barracks.....what am i doing wrong?  How exactly does it work?
