Alrighty There Ladys me needs your Help !!!
Im a Noob with pc specs (its just a big playstation with a keyboard 2 me)... And I got Paid today (woo hoo) and because ive had too listen to u guys ranting on about how much HL2 gives ya a Stiffy (jk) ive decided im gonna go out and buy it somday this week if i waken up before midday that is  :wink: .So heres my specs and could some little darling tell me if im able too run it ?
Pentium 4 2.50ghz
512mb Ram
nvidea geforce fx 5600 ultra
is that ok or do ya need more specs ?

The ram and GHZ is definitely enough and the card should normally do. You don't need some extra goodies (for now) ;)

Jackabo, heed my advice and buy it online using Steam.  Go to www.steampowered.com and create an account.  Then purchase the HL2 silver pack.  Should be around ?33.00 this way you get all of the back catalog of games as well as DoD Source when it comes out.

HL2 is supposed to be a very scaleable engine so it should run on even shite computers.
And that ain't a shite rig m8.
HL2 is the solution to the Doom3 blues.

Very clearly the way forward.
