Title: Blue Screen Of Death

Hi lads, first post!

installed a few nights ago, played singleplayer fine.

updated to 1.03 2 nigts ago, played singleplayer fine, multi player ok for a while then dumped me to desktop.

this went on last night but after a while dumped me to blue screen.

dumping to blue screen began to get more frequent and then BEFORE i even loaded the game, while on the internet looking for a solution, i got the blue screen with windows error saying physical memory core dump or some such nonsense.

last error on blue screen was  IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

shut down for a while then restarted and virus scanned as you do, i wasnt dumped any more, unless i ran the game. maybe a heat issue? Ive a standard dell dimension 8400 ... ATI video card (not latest drivers, will look into catlyst tonight) and Creative Audigy 2 (latest drivers) i reckon its video card or ram, anyone else had these problems???? please help!!

Maybe try and remove the memory and reseat it.  Also there are memory testing applications out there so give one of them a try.

SOLVED!!!

Removed memory, reseated it, removed sound card and moved it away from the heatsinks on the video card, everythings been sweet since.
