Actually, the new machine came with dust filters and I thought nothing of it. One week later and there was a pile of stuff on them - amazing how much air these machines suck up nowadays!

Have two of those zalmans here already and dont find a problem with them,I find the stock intels noisy unless they have improved dramaticly over the last year or so.

Although, after comapring Dermots proposed build there and other stuff i have to add just might wander over to overclockers to put a price together, seems it might turn out cheaper than komplett.

Asus mobo's are evil, don't make me rant about mine..... i've had to supplement most of the onboard stuff with pci versions cause they suck(usb, sata and audio)

other way round in my experience.  ASUS boards are generally great for overclocking features and stability.  Like any manufacturer, they've had ups and downs, but they continue to roll out good quality hardware for the enthusiasts like us.

My Asus striker extreme has had a lot of bad press, but it works like a dream for me.

These kids don't know how to overclock and fuck the boards up as a result. They then moan that the board is shite.

But yes, sometimes there might be a dodgy bios.
