Seagate FreeAgent Desk 500GB only ?57 pounds on OcUK

So i've been looking to buy a 500gb external HDD for a bit now for backing up stuff too and storage. I was just wondering is this the drive ye were on about last night on TS that had all the problems with the firmware and stuff?
