Title: No one told me it would take this long!
Post by: moosey on August 29, 2007, 06:49:51 PM: Today shano made a movie and it was crap quality so i did it again for him on my pc and it took 20 minutes to edit and compile. No complaining there. I thought it would be a short job. I started Uploading @ 4 Its now 10 to 7 and well things i do for m8's.

58% in 2 hours RRRR!!

What? HOW MANY several minutes are in 3 hours?!?!

10mb= 4-6 minutes hmmm 100mb file (give or take) = 60 minutes = 1 hour NOT 3!

Also Moosey ... might have been smaller filesize if the video was compressed somewhat more. Generally use the xvid or divx codec and you can compress it down to a small enough size. Or even use the Flash video encoder and encode it down to a .flv file. Should have been able to compress it down a decent amount and keep the quality there.
