Hi im just like everyone else wondering what kit to unlock next
please take your time and write up a honest review ( as not just what you think but what you know )about the weapon unlocks in bf2 and SF

The L-85 was my first unlock and i have to say i was a little disapointed mabe i was expecting to much from it at first. My only real issue with this gun is
when up close the rifle isnt great it just doesnt do that much damage and spreads the bullets everywhere but where you need now at a distance in single shot its a diffrent story.I found myself keeping my distance being a kind of medium range sniper. I found it doesnt do much damage when compared to other rifles. if your one of those guys who likes to keep your distance while still doing your part you might find the rifle usefull but for me ( who is often caught with a squad infront of me ) the rifle isnt that good for me.
If i had to give a score out of 10 id say 6-7 not bad but not usefull up close
( please dont reply saying "your just not using it right or that you think that it is good up close" take your time and write a review be honest and remember this is to help others choosing unlocks ) :wink:

I found the Spec-Ops unlock verygood ,brilliant @ long range but sorta weak up-close

Even though the L8 medic gun is crap, you will be able to unlock the special forces medic gun G36E which is very good.

They are like sticks only made from metal. They have this exploding powder that makes them make a large noise and things called bullits come out of them.

while some of the unlocks differ slightly from the stock weapons i think its all a matter of personal preferance, the ak101 and the m16 are just as good once you get used to them. the unlocks that give a class a boost are surely the dao12 for the anti tank and the engineer shotgun, so i would go for them first if i was you.

To be fair, once you get used to the standard weapons the unlocks don't give a lot. My personal favourite is the knife or chinese/US shotgun. Get onto a crowded server and you'll be right up there.
If I had to choose a unlock to go for first I'd say that ew f2000 or the spec ops gun (either the SF one or the standard unlock). Both are accurate, fairly powerful and just a little less punchy than the standard assault class.

Unlocks Schumlocks AK101 or AK47 FTW!!!

I have to say the frist unlock when getting started should be spec ops. It is accurate and packs a good punch. In single shot its good for sniping and the C4 goes a long way.
If you want more unlocks faster get used to the medic basic weapons they are good and droping medie packs is a good point adder.

First unlock was for the ole SpecOps weapon, despite not playing as SpecOps much and, in truth, not even liking the class in general... My favourite class at the time was Support, yet I was informed that the SpecOps gun was one of the best unlocks, so gullable me went for it...
Now, not that I'm complaining or anything, but if I had any idea how much I'd turn out to love playing as Anti-Tank (And how scrumptious the DAO can be) I would have gone with that first... However, that was my FOURTH unlock, after the Engineer Jackhammer and Medic Rifle (In that order)... Then after the DAO came the Support PKM, followed (only recently) by the Sniper rifle unlock...
Seeing as Assault is my least favoured class, I have purposefully left it until last...

The new SF medic unlock imo, is now the best gun in the game - g36e is it
