Ah release day Gremlins it would seem. Game buggy and laggy. Nothing new these days for a PC release unfortunately! Rang Game there to pick up a copy for Criostoir and the guy at the desk applauded me for being a PC gamer. He proudly stated "PC gaming is the way of the future". Theres hope if the guy at Game makes a statement like that.
BB should be on today or tomorrow so will be around tonight/tomorrow for lols. Throw me a welcome back party basts!

Fairy this is more than release day Gremlins, its not lag its massive performance issues and i do mean massive.
Poorly optimized it seems,massive stuttering every few seconds.
Apart from that they ripped a lot of sounds straight for WaW.
Once they sort out the issues it will be a very enjoyable fps in fairness, im liking the contract system.
I didnt play much of it yet but it felt like it had more recoil than mw2 which is great and thats something treyarch said they would follow on from WaW.
Speaking of PC gaming is the future, i decided to hit my local Gamespot lastnight to see what the craic was.
I was the only one getting pc version apart from a mate i met there.
I picked up pc version for the brother also.
When they opened the doors your man at the dor said xbox this side ps3 that side, i said what about pc he just laughed and asked was i serious :(
Off i went into the nearest queue to listen to the noobs shitetalk about how amazing the graphics are on their consoles :|

Get off of the PC then. Playing this game on a PC is like watching a movie on a phone. Get out and get yourself a ps3 and play the game how it is intended. Every time a game comes out, PC players are always crying about it. Learn your lesson..and just get a damn console!

Hey lads ... help a newbie out ... what is the etiquette for joining in games on a particular server?
I've been playing practice games with bots ... and I'd love to jump in with some half-decent players, who will no doubt hand my ass to me.
So, is it best to be invited? Jumping in just feels a bit ... rude :)

jump on our team speak server and we will have a few games with you
etiquette is jump on have some fun :D just dont be a tard and you should be fine :D although we like to push the limits on what is a tard and not a tard sometimes.

Same here. Only getting 128 (or 364 if I click refresh a few times). Yesterday it was working so good, I found the TiG server on the server list, and joined that way. It also allowed me to add it to favourites, and join that way, but today my favourites have been wiped.

`Hrm. Also cannot join any games. Server either says it's full, or it just keep trying to connect for 30 seconds. Gonna have a go at the single player part.

Still a low count of servers showing, but it does save there's over 10,000 servers online, and the TiG server is showing in my favourites. It's full, so can't join - will be on later, but going to have a quick go at teh single player anyhoo's.

i've got the game now but haven't managed to get on yet cuz i don't have internet on my desktop. Changing back to eircom at the moment so should have it again the end of this week or middle of next week.
In the mean time if anyone knows where you can get updated RT73 usb wireless lan card drivers I might able to get on sooner as currently my computer doesn't seem to like UPCs wireless device.

I did away with that UPC usb thing--my pc didnt like it either.Picked up a wireless card in Pc world and its 100% better.Might be worth a shot?
