got new g/card for xmas and want to know what the command is for fps so i can see the difference between my old card and new one

So whats the command please

Into the console and type something like fps=1?

got an xfx 6600 gt from dabs.
and got a 450wt antec psu from extremepc.co.uk
cuz the 6600 need a 300w minium

my old one is ATI 9200 256mb they are about ?50 new so not much point in selling it going to keep it incase i build another pc

btw is a 350w power pack enough  the that card or do i need a biger one

Let us know how that plays for you, It does look like an excellent AGP solution. I will probably get that or the 6800 depending on how prices look once we get closer to March and the BF2 release. Im currently running a 5950. I would sell it off pretty cheap, but then of course there is the matter of shipping charges from Israel.... doh!

Maybe im just repeating what everybody knows, but regardless,
http://www.tomshardware.com is a fantastic source of information with tons of relevant benchmarks for video cards and whatever else....

awh thats sexy game i was looking at the 6800 but it would work out near 300 quid once and got the psu and all so i scraped that idea. :roll:

Aye, the 6600GT is a lovely price point for the performance.
You won't know yourself with the speeds, ABE.

anything would be better than the fx5200  :lol:
hope it is well worth it as i cant find many like screenshots of game usen the card.
if i read the screen in game i think iam geting 30- 40 fps in game but i could be reading this wrong.
all i hope is that i will be able 2 handle bf2 good. :salute:
