You say you have a 560TI?
If you look at the image, to the right, you'll see two 2*3 power connections. You need to put the power connections into there to make it work correctly.
If your card doesn't look like this, please take a photo of it, and link it to use here, as it seems you don't have a 560TI. Where did you buy it from?
