Heh, dont worry Karma, it'll all be good.  Read this review as well, http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/battlefield2/preview_6114811.html.

Also love the bit :

Also, all classes can not only throw hand grenades, but they can also press and hold the fire key with grenades equipped to roll them along the ground (perfect for sneaking them under vehicles).

And this is interesting :

A highly intriguing development for squads that makes being a skillful leader worthwhile is the new ability for any squad leader in a vehicle to essentially become a mobile spawn point--all your squadmates, when killed, have the option of rejoining the game in your vehicle.

God it'd be class if there was a demo of this out in the next few weeks.

Supply Container: Because there are no ammo boxes or medical cabinets around the map anymore, extra supplies will still need to be dropped for squads that manage to successfully avoid death. This ability will allow the commander to drop supplies off to any location on the map via parachute should soldiers need it.

This is really interesting and it means that the commander will really need to be up to his job or else the troops are left alone.

After a match is over, players will have the option to grab a replay file of the game and watch the entire match over again to dissect strategies and just check out the action from different views.

Wonder if the supply drop will give us away.
Wonder if it can be used to ambush enemies trying to find us.
Wonder if you can drop it on people like the wicked witch of the north(or whatever).

It'll be like 'A Bridge Too Far'. Anyone remember that film?

We'll be stuck hurt and low on ammo on one side of the stream and the supplies will be laying on the other side with enemies in the bushes.
Then suddenly ABE flips and runs like mad for the nearest crate, hauls it almost all the way before he's chewed up with hot lead.
As abe oozes hot nordie blood all over the crate it cracks open and the contents spill out for all to see.
Nice new berets from Commander Data, fuckin great.

Nice one Devil.  I've always pictured ABE, covered in C4 thrown by myself and Jackabo, running into an enemy base before we both blow him to smiterheens taking a couple of the enemy with us.  Has to be one of the first things we try when BF2 come out.  Wonder who gets the kill?

Yeah, ABE always seems to end up the suicide bomber.
But I'd watch my back with the inventor of the mortar/boobytrap roadside bomb.

Been a while ABE, have to say the fear of mortars just sitting there has subsided.
Must try it next time at the pagoda in Hue.
