FUCKING 1942 WITH CRYSIS GRAPHICS??? Seriously, there's not a lot that can be put in that wasn't in 1942.

this looks sweet as. have always wanted to go back to the glory days of bf42, hopefully its not all set in the pacific as I want to play a new version of stalingrad or berlin.

I get the feeling they have reworked the orginal game maps through a new engine.  Its only shipping with 3 maps so not sure how they will price that.

Also website up at http://www.battlefield.com/1943/ (http://www.battlefield.com/1943/) with trailer.  I wanted to hate EA, looks like we might have to eat some humble pie.

Before or after patch number 15?

Oh, and all three maps are from 1942. I wonder will this be free like Battlefield Heroes, since there is only three maps? Saying that, I wouldn't put it past EA to pop this out for ?45 with the promise of maps to come.

that looks fair awesome alright! Would love to play 1942 with better gfx. hopefully they don't feck up other things in it
