upgrading my laptop
« on: May 11, 2005, 06:16:44 PM »
Sent off a mail to see about upgrading my laptop to handle BF2,more ram and a better graphics card, sounds easy eh.......

"This would not be a viable upgrade, Dell have the memory but it works out at ?293 for the memory alone, I then went to a UK site who specialise in Dell upgrades and the max processor your laptop can take is 2.5ghz P4, and the max graphics card that your system can take is a Radeon 9000, both of these items are not in stock and they reckon that they won't be able to get their hands on them at all, cos they say the Inspiron 8200 is old!! I asked how old is old and he said 2 years!"

2 fecking years  :x

Time for a new pc otherwise I'm screwed.

Dam you BF2 but your worth it
