Unmute your microphone?

Will test it for you if you like now?  on TS...

Not the most intuitive program, TS.
Self -> Mute Microphone looks like its set on you Irish.
I think that was the icon you had up.
Dunno if that was the actual issue but if it was it'd survive a TS install as you settings remain usually.

Any good to you? Or did Luc beat me to it.

I have tryed it without the mic muted, still the same.
I put the mic to muted so that u guys will know I can't speak to ya.If I left it as normal you will think that I'm not answering u if you speak to me,thats all.
When I press the
Activate local test mode button, the green button doesn't lit up  :(

In the Audio Controls thingy in windows. Make sure your microphone isint set to "Alternative Something or another". Mine defaulted to that for some reason and It wouldnt pick anything up.

Also, might be silly ... but make sure you have it set so that when you press a button insted of talkign loudly into it.

Right, what sound card we dealing with.
Is there any custom software?

In the windows sound panel there's the usual mic mute and volume...
If you've custom software theat'll be there two, probably fine.

I was doing some funky stuff with odd software that changed the 'recording source' from mic to stereo mix.
This was a drop-down option in my custom software, possibly echoed in the windows menus somewhere.
This muted my lovely Tipperary accent for a while.
Any good?
