What is the kick message Andy? If its ping I have a ping limit of 200, I will raise that to see if it helps.

"kicked for Battleeye not responding" it always happens about 5 seconds after im locked to a team

I'd say firewall maybe? Nothing different on our server re Battle Eye so cant help you. Google will be your friend. My suggestion would be to delete Battle Eye folder and reinstall.

We will have two servers up tonight for a while guys. Our normal server will be updated to Chernarus 2.4 and I will host a smaller 20 man server at home. The smaller server will have password "b3tty" and will be for testing so we can see how Utes plays. Should be great for small team battles etc.
