yeah you do drop it in there and execute it from there and it will be fine

with regards to the trojan horses they probably keep coming back as system restore is enabled by default on windows xp.  if you disable system restore and then run avg and kill the trojan's then you can enable system restore after and it should all be good

in the control panel on your computer go to system.

then go to system restore tab then click turn off system restore on all drives.  when you are finished with the anti virus turn it back on after
