Hell is your mate still selling the 17inch? looking for a TFT because CRT 2 big for desk area!

TFTs are also supposed to cause less eye strain if thats a concern for you Valen. I have a 19" CRT and while I'm very happy with it if I was buying today I might choose a TFT over a CRT for the sake of easy portability and space saving.

Cheers Bosco! But I smoke and drink like a champion, so I am fucked anyway, eye strain is just another problem to add to my list!! I think 19" CRT is the way for me to go as I have a huge desk.

Well, I was talking to our IT man here in work and guess what!! He had a spare 21" CRT sitting in storage! So I took it!! Hooking it up tonight to see how it goes!!

The viewable area of a 17" TFT is comparable to that of a 19" CRT, or so they say.

Far worse picture quility me shinny metal ass tbh my tft looks way way better than the crt upstairs i wouldnt go back now if handed a 21" crt tbh smaller size is handy as well
