Not sure about the new story line it has nothing to do with the games.
one barraka was an outland warrior not sum fecked up doctor and johnny cage died in no.2 they ave totally removed the outland vs earth story it seems.

mite be worth a watch but would expect nothing great like all the other films.

I think Johnny Cage dying is a long running joke, and like Kenny in South Park, dies a lot.
