Its a sexulant browser. Not witten by the 8 year olds Microsoft got to to Internet Explorer.

Live Bookmarks with XML and proper JavaScript and CSS support.

Gey yourself a few extensions from http://update.mozilla.org and make it even better. I have WeatherFox [google], TabbrowerPrefences and All-in-one Guestures mainly installed.

to say simple its cooler then IE.
and also safer.
every once in a while they do find a bug init but thats less often as with IE and its usualy quickly fixed.

plus it has a few cool options wich IE doesnt have.

been using it for over 3 months now orso.
especialy the tab function i love.

some sites out there stil cant work wel with Firefox or dont work with its tab function but in the past few months ive send like 4 mails to difrent sites about this problem and they al fixed it.

one of the single best features is the tabs! they're sooooo feckion handy. like if u want to open a link in a new window, u can through it up in a tab and it opens behind the one yur on so u can click on it when yur done with the page yur looking at.

i've also got a good few extensions in mine. I have that Gmail notifier, weather fox, hotmail tabs, and about 10 others that sounded good so i got them .

PS the new link for firefox looks better. The one yesterday was all out of place and wasn't lined up right or anything. I like this new shiny one. I like shiny things

& in college i hav 2 use IE and get utterly rapped by banners.

I'm soo happy. DCU have installed Firefox on ALL the computers. All i need is to put in my bookmarks when i use them and its lke being at home, execpt for my sexulant extensions that is.

Suppafly, the Tabbrowser Preferaces thingy addes a little more to the tabs. When your mosue is over them you can use your wheel to scroll through them. You cane have it so that all links ONLY open in a new tab and never in a new window etc.
