Post by: [TiG]Chunks on May 08, 2005, 11:42:51 AM: So who's seen it? I downloaded it from a torrent link my mate gave me but haven't been able to watch it yet. Perfect quality if anyone wants the torrent.

Anyways, im very interested in World history from 1900 onwards, WW1 and WW2 are my favourite areas but ive been reading up on nam and the Lebanon recently too.

REally interested in watching this film. I'll post up when ive finished watching all 3 hours of it. :salute:

I really like sorrund efects - when fireing russian artylery. I remeber, just after show I must go to pub for beers... I was on show then with my dude who's now in Dublin ;)

Ah the fuck its "The Untergang"...

The movie itself was "ok". I would give it lets say 7 points on imdb...

But the actor who tried to impersonate Hitler, Bruno Ganz, did a poor job in my oppinion. He was not really able to show the real madness.

It looked like on of the american freaks in the hollywood "nazi" series..

Surely he made clear that Hitler was loosing more and more self controll due to parkinson, but at some point he concentrated to much on this little issue..

both followed the exact same story right down to minute details. Wasnt too fond of the guy that played hitler but he seemed to grow into the movie more and more.
