needs another couple of days work to fix bugs etc tis very impressive though

Lads what are your thoughts on Persistant stats?  Theres a working version available at the moment, and I think it would work well on our server due to the repeat players we have all the time.

Basically you can log off with guns and money, and I think 1 vehicle, and when you log back in, even after server restart, you can respawn where you left off.

If you want we can have a look at this tonight, I think its a step in the right direction, though the server would need a vehicle respawn and clean up script?

Would be cool mate but if its a lot of work your end is it worth it?
Considering you can get weapons pretty easily, then again id like to be able to keep that thermal scope sniper rifle i had :)

Well thermal scopes will be removed soon altogether, they are too easy being honest.  In fact I think that most of the high powered sniper rifles should be gone, it would mean faster game play imo.

Maybe have a max amount of money that gets carried over, to encourage people not to hoard it?

Switching over to Gorilla build this evening lads, really enjoyed those games last night.  We should also play an odd time on other servers, it will help get our name out.

jumped onto it for a few min today, I kid you not, found an AA gun and said id blow a few cars up.
But oh not it wasn't meant, I down a chinok and a little bird one right after the other.........

Seemed to scare people off as when they joined the were greeted with a black screen, ofcourse if they read the message as the maps loaded they would understand but since i moved arma to my SSD the map loads in about 3 seconds.
