Title: the shininess has drawn me back....

just got BF2 and I like it a lot. (I've only played the single player so far though).

so what is the deal with re-joining [TiG] ? play on servers for a bit? some kind of trial involving a tube of veet a monkey and frozen cucumber?

Yep, pretty much. Also, once you've played a bit, register, and ask again, and the recruiter dude will PM you.
