Title: New Battlefield Vietnam Server IP & Changes

The server has a new home and a new IP, DNS has been updated so tomorrow boomstick.gaming365.ie should resolve to the machine.

IP: 82.195.149.49

Also, the server manager has been upgraded to 2.0 Final, so admins will need the 2.0 final client for blackbagops.com in order to poke it.

Finally, and this is important, no-one is to change the server name.  Do not add '*recruiting*' or 'super secksie' or anything else to the server name.
Change the welcome message and announcements all you like. :)
