IMBA & We moving any forward???

So have been using http://be.imba.hu/ lately to try see if it helps a bit and can provide a bit of direction.  Shano seem's to praise it and can say it does help, but say for the raids thing at the bottom of the profiles, how reliable is it??  Like I only been in Gruul's Layer and Zul Aman once but it's sayin that should be preforming best in Black Temple and Hyjal were couldnt see me being in for a while yet.

Also with people leveling alt's atm and not many people being on for raid's saying that they waiting for WOTLK, is there much point of us playing 70's any more??  I can say I'm addicted :P but what are we to do when can't get the numbers for raids and stuff :( Might get 3-4 people sign up on the Calendar for events but just means it gets called off usually :(  Also dunno if any of the people we've recruited use the forums.  Shouldnt we encourage that a bit??

Suggestion that might help get some movement could be, Saturdays/Sundays get a few groups of 5 each say, and do some heroics for ppl to get badges, maybe some gear.  If done like the 3-4 in a area(TK,Auch,HFC,CR) would get decent rep & badges like.  And there is nice loot in MGT heroic from most boss's which could run daily to people get them.

We're pushing to get the up and coming team into Kara at the moment, so that more of the newer players can get geared. However, as we've said on guild channel in the past, we need someone to keep the momentum behind that and get the squads organised. Berns, how do you feel about trying to give that bit more of a push (we've organised the first run for tomorrow night). For the first few runs, we'll fill out the group with the high level toons if needed, with at least 1 or 2 of us present on TS to get everyone up to speed on TicTacs.

Main goal between now and WOTLK is to clear ZA with a strong 10. Once we have people back from holidays, I think that's still on the cards.

Forums - I'll add it to the MOTD. TS is much more important. Need to get new people logging every night while they are playing really.

Then, we have the alts; plan here is to get them to 70 before the expansion. In my case, I'm lvling the druid to be my main so unless there's a RAID on, I'm playing him. Also means I'm starting to be up for playing all the normal instances again with whoever wants to be running them. I have to learn how to tank with my bear damnit >:) (And heal, though that's not till 70)

Tactics. Maybe it was meant to be TiGTacs I just always mistyped it. We used to call them that back in BF2.

If I get to 70 and am still playing I have no issue with organising and running raids.

Btw, there's no way you'll get into Black Temple. Not before the exp anyway.

Went up to it a few months ago  :ph33r: wasn't in a raid group so couldnt enter :(

As for organisin, think I'd just get too pissed of when people give up so easily & sometimes not even give ya a chance to try getta group together.  Like people leaving cause one person has to go & not givin ya a minute to find a replacement.  Also can't see myself as a vocal leader really :P

Think might start back on Shaman over the weekend too now.  Stick to Dailys durin the week once get that final badge for trousers & Shaman if have time.  Don't think be much use gettin the lock to 70 as would just be another dps :P

Might be a lil late for tonights run as got overtime btw.  Stuck it in Calendar anyhow I think:)

The organisation for the kara run is just to get the squad together. i.e. be online, hollar at peps to get on ts, into raid group etc
Once people are there, the strongest member can usually run the raid.

Anyway point is, if someone doesn't step up, don't expect much progress outside of the ZA runs.
