How to get Physical Warfare Weapons via Support, wait was around 30 mins btw:

Use link on side of battle log.  If live support is greyed out wait a few mins and try again.

Scratch that , i just got an email reply with code included, WTF it was like 5 mins, shocked!!

It took about half an hour in the waiting list and another 45mins talking to them.
They said that i can't get the pack because i didn't buy the key off origin but they finally gave in and gave it to me in the end :)

do you have to go to bother of doing this to get it? Is it only through an email you will get the code to unlock them?
